Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Financial Planning
& Analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of financial planning processes,
including budgeting and forecasting
Manage the company's 5-year strategic financial plan and align it
with business objectives
Prepare comprehensive financial materials for the Board of
Directors and investors
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
or a related field; MBA preferred
12-15+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis,
particularly in high-growth technology or healthcare
environments
Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role
Expertise in developing long-term strategic financial plans and
financial modeling
Experience preparing financial materials for a Board of
Directors
