Compensation Analyst (3 month contract)

Location: Cambridge, MA

Job Description:

Compensation General Support

Assist recruiting team with compensation offers

Partner with HR business partners to help with pay questions using market data and internal equity

Compensation Planning/Performance Management

Prepare and administer the yearend compensation planning cycle including any systems testing/support, communications, timelines, planning guidelines, budget setting, fielding questions and providing the right level of analysis to support business

Manage 2015 payout matrix to determine 2015 Total Comp

Partnering with HRIS to create and analyze year end reporting (primarily performance rating distribution) analysis

Total Compensation Communications

Partner with Head of Comp to create communication plan and materials for change to total comp including:

o Bonus target changes

o LTI program shift to include RSU

Assist with communication materials on compensation program changes

Assist with preparation of total compensation statement

Internal Infrastructure

Review jobs and titles and apply consistent formatting

Career ladders (time permitting)

Other tasks as needed
