Job Description:
Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, the Office
Manager oversees the contracting, requisitioning and invoicing
responsibilities for system vendors. - - He or she is also
responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the
department and the Information Systems management team. - - The
office manager will provide a supporting role ensuring that the IS
department has the policies and procedures necessary to comply with
IT standards per the Joint Commission, State and Federal
requirements. - Minimum Qualifications? - -Education? - -Minimum of
an Associates degree required, Bachelors Degree strongly
preferred.? - -Coursework in business, administration, or related
field strongly preferred.? - -Experience? - -3 - 5 years of
experience in a high-level administrative role required.? -
-Previous experience supporting a VP-level position strongly
preferred.? - -Licensure and/or Certification? - -None required? -
-Skills? - -Bookkeeping or accounting, and general secretarial
skills required.? - -Works accurately and has extreme attention to
detail.? - -Must have a strong knowledge of basic Microsoft Office
products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).? - -Ability to work
independently.? - -Excellent customer service, communication, and
organizational skills are required.? - -Ability to read, write, and
communicate in English.? - -Must be able to maintain confidential
information.
