• Strong understanding of life and Annuity data management (Functional).
• Partner with business stakeholders in Life and Annuity to understand their challenges and priorities.
• Provide clear and concise explanations of life insurance and annuity products, tailoring recommendations to each business requirement.
• Demonstrate very strong leadership, communication, and good business domain knowledge.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and the latest life and Annuity product offerings or technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve business processes and achieve goals within life and Annuity.
• Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Identify and manage project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure project success.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex financial situations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
