• $27 - $35 per hour, per Union contract (NOT flat-rate)
• $3,000 sign-on bonus (conditions apply)
• Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5 pm full-time shift

• Discounts through the Perk Spot programAbout the Mechanic Position:Perform routine maintenance on our fleet of Thomas C2 school buses, troubleshoot issues, and diagnose problems with brakes, suspensions, drivetrains, and transmissions.You might be a fit for our Mechanic role if:
  • You want to work in a position impacting your community
  • You specialize in advanced diesel diagnostics
  • Able to work independently in a small shop
  • You have 5+ years of experience working with automotive, diesel, electric, or CNG vehicles
  • You have a valid driver's license and a willingness to obtain a CDL
  • You have a mechanic's tool set
