Onsite Requirements:

maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automated systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Job Description:

Controls and Mechanical Technician to program, troubleshoot, and maintain control and mechanical systems for automated equipment.
You will ensure efficient operation and minimal downtime of automated production systems.

Responsibilities:

Mechanical Maintenance: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automated systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and conveyors.
System Diagnostics: Diagnose and repair control and mechanical system issues.
Assembly and Calibration: Assemble mechanical components and ensure systems operate within tolerances.
Upgrades & Documentation: Assist in system upgrades and maintain detailed records.
Some PLC Programming: Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience with automated systems.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems like hydraulics and pneumatics.
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Basic knowledge of RS Logix, Cognex, or Keyence systems is a plus.
