Marcum Search LLC, the National Recruiting Division of Marcum LLP, is recruiting for a Director of Advisory Services.Responsibilities

• Lead/direct/conduct M&A due diligence projects
• Craft complex financial models
• Analyze challenging multi-entity financial statements
• Forensically assess operating and cash-flow forecasts
• Prepare and analyze rolling cash-flow reports
• Prepare and present "deep dive and root cause" analysis to clients
• Mitigate purchase price risks derived from business case analytics
• Present strategic findings to client engagement management teams.
• Business Development success within the Boston market arena.Qualifications & Requirements
• CPA certification is required for consideration
• MBA is strongly preferred
• Expertise within the public accounting sector coupled with both financial modeling and client facing M&A presentations are required for consideration.***Note - Only highly qualified, local and "on target" candidates will be contacted.***Compensation for this role will ideally be between $200-240k+b.Marcum Search LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
