Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Process Manager II.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver pre and post-implementation validations and ensure products
meet business requirements
Manage process improvement initiatives and collaborate with
cross-functional teams
Analyze portfolio behavior and define Key Performance Indicators
(KPIs)
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, MIS, or Economics preferred
7+ years of bank operations experience
Experience in collections and recovery in secure and/or unsecured
lending preferred
Familiarity with programming in SQL, SAS, Teradata, Python, R, or
Tableau preferred
Project and process management experience preferred
