Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Program Manager to lead a
team and manage ServiceNow implementations for the U.S. Department
of Homeland Security.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales and pre-sales efforts in ServiceNow and manage client
proposals
Design and develop large solutions utilizing the ServiceNow
platform and its modules
Coordinate with stakeholders and oversee project delivery to meet
objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10 years of project
management experience
5 years of proven ServiceNow experience as a Project Manager or
managing deployments
In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow partner ecosystem and
licensing models
PMP/Prince2 or similar program/project management certification
preferred
Experience with ITIL framework and managing Agile development
engagements
