Job Description:

Clean Harbors is hiring for a Project Operations Manager to sit in our Norwell, MA office. In this role you will facilitate and be responsible for the onboarding of the company's newest largest customers. You will work with key stakeholders across the company and develop an activation program focused on contract initiation, system(s) set up and accuracy, supply chain efficiencies, service, and support team readiness, as well as an integrated sales and commercialization strategy. You will lead a critical role in ensuring we deliver superior customer onboarding experience.

  Responsibilities
  
  
  • Lead the onboarding and implementation of new customers across all aspects of the organization
  • Plan, develop, monitor, control and execute full-scale project plans
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to proper personnel
  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using proper tools
  • Identify, address, and solution roadblocks in project plan
  • Create associated documents and collateral
  • Regularly communicate and report status of project to direct management and team members
  • Work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Be a leader and decision maker
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Interact with operations and customer service teams to deliver exceptional service to clients
    
    Qualifications
    
    
    • Previous implementation project planning and management experience required
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders
    • Displays task management skills, organization, prioritization, goal setting, planning, delegation, and execution
    • Strong presentation skills required and must be comfortable presenting in front of large groups, including executives and clients
    • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
    • Position based in Norwell, MA.
