Job Description: Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs, inspecting units, and handling daily business tasks. Key responsibilities include selling packing and moving supplies, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and helping customers with payments and collections.

Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions
Conduct daily storage unit inspections
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
Help customers with payments and collections

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to transport and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Walk and work in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks
  
  Qualifications:
  - Experience in customer service centered sales environments
  - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
