Job Description:

Primarily responsible for monitoring services and providing community support services and therapeutic services. Services are delivered in a person-centered, supportive, community-based environment. Key responsibilities include:
--- Monitoring services
--- Providing community support and therapeutic services
--- Utilizing knowledge of diagnostic characteristics, symptomology of primary mental illness, and medications to provide services

Requirements:
--- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
--- 1 year of experience or supervised-post graduate counseling experience (internship) with direct client contact under a board-approved supervisor
--- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification

Note: Candidates must complete a background check and pre-employment health screening, including a drug screen, as part of the onboarding process.
