• Job Details
• *** FLOAT POOL M/S TELE RN (MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT TO 8 DIFFERENT UNITS)
  Days/Eves/Nights Rotate & EOW - 36hrs. ***
  RESPONSIBLE FOR CARDIAC MONITORING, CARDIAC DRIPS & READING TELE STRIPS - 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE PREFERRED ****
• 1. Unit Name: Float Pool RN (must be willing to Float between 8 different units).
• 2. Brief Unit Description: Float throughout the hospital to all Med/Surg Tele areas (Davenport 5, Davenport 7, Davenport 8, Davenport 9, ED, PH6/7, Pingree 4, & Overflow).
• 3. Experience Required: Two years of acute care hospital experience.
• 4. Skill Sets Required: Telemetry monitoring including measuring intervals and interpreting strips every 4 hours. TR Band experience. Must be able to perform Cardiac Drips and Reading Tele Strips.
• 5. Clinician to Patient Ratio: Days & Eves up to 5:1. Nights up to 6:1.
• 6. Patient Population: Care for ED border patients; medication nurse in the acute mental health unit, and care for non-vented patients who are transfer ready in the ICU.
• 7. Bed Count: 371.
• 8. Census: Units range from 8 to 41 beds.
• 9. EMR (Charting System): EPIC, Omnicell, Kronos.

      • Additional Details
      • AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military. Brigham & Women's Faulkner, Cooley Dickinson, Nantucket Cottage hospitals prefer AHA, will accept Red Cross
      • N95 - within 365 days to start date. If traveler has a current Fittest, upload the record to avoid having it redone.
      • A completed primary COVID-19 vaccination series is required. No exemptions or waivers (religious/medical) will be considered.
      • Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccine, and one rubella (German measles) vaccines or two MMR vaccines or Proof of immunity via blood test (will show antibodies if immune to measles, mumps, and rubella)
