• Station Setup and Inventory Management: Ensure all necessary supplies are stocked, and stations are set up efficiently.
• Food Preparation: Chop vegetables, prepare sauces, and cook menu items in collaboration with the kitchen staff.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including wiping down surfaces, and disposing of leftover food.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring we have what we need to maintain our high standards.
• Dishwashing: Wash dishes efficiently, maintaining our high standards of cleanliness.Qualifications:
  • Cooking Experience: Preferred cooking experience or Back of the House experience.
  • Dishwashing Experience: Prior experience in dishwashing.
  • Scheduling Commitments: Ability to meet all scheduling commitments.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs.
