Salesforce.com Architect

Location: Weston, MA

Contract Duration: 6+ Month (Contract)

Job Description

Requirements: Must have integration experience

5 years of Solution Architect or Team Lead experience in Salesforce.com.

Well versed in CRM and customer services processes, particularly Case Management, TCI, and call center. Ideally also knows patient services.

Experience with SFDC Administration, Configuration, Workflows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, APEX Triggers, Visualforce, etc.

Experience with Release Management, Resource Management, Vendor Management, and License Management.

At least one Salesforce certification, ideally including the Salesforce Service Cloud certification.

Experience in Agile project management methodology.

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Good organizational and document skills.

Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
