Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Technology Specialist to
create and deploy innovative learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support content development and advise on e-learning best
practices
Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) maintenance and user
support
Analyze data to track training effectiveness and recommend
solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in Learning
and Development/Training
Experience in course design and development
Technical skills including troubleshooting and database
management
Experience working with a global organization with multiple
languages preferred
Coursework or certifications in LMS Administration/Instructional
Design preferred
