Beauty Barrage is a full-service strategic sales management team
with Brand Ambassadors servicing doors across North America. Beauty
Barrage works with some of the hottest brands in beauty today and
provides in- store support in retailers like Sephora, ULTA,
Bluemercury, and more! We have over 200+ beauty professionals
servicing over 3,000 doors in the U.S. and Canada. We were also

objective of the Brand Coordinator (BC) position is to
strategically support Beauty Barrage's client brands in various
retailers. The BC will be responsible for achieving sales targets
in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand
awareness.As a Brand Coordinator, you will report to the Field
Sales Manager. Our Brand Coordinators are expected to be
results-oriented, innovative problem solvers, take initiative, and
have a passion for the beauty industry.Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales goals for assigned brands.
- Represent brands within an assigned territory to drive sales
and brand awareness.
- Establish and develop strong relationships at the store level
with BA's, Store Leadership, and territory DM's.
- Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge and product
demonstration.
- Execute interactive product demonstrations.
- Ensure product merchandising meets company standards.
- Provide critical feedback through survey
responses.Qualifications:
- Must have beauty retail experience.
- Minimum 3+ years experience in similar role is required.
- Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of
in-store retail environment required.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence externally
and internally.
- Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a
team.
- Must be available weekends and must be flexible to meet job
objectives.
- Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is
both polished and professional.
- Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.Live
