Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Administrator - ServiceNow to
manage and maintain software and hardware inventories.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize ServiceNow CMDB and SAM Pro module to maintain hardware and
software inventory
Analyze and document software inventories across a large number of
endpoint devices
Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
Proven experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Change Management, and
Patch Management modules
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and/or SQL
ServiceNow SAM Professional Fundamentals Certification is
preferred
Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools is a plus
