Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Initiative Leader (Hybrid
or Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and drive complex, cross-team initiatives using Agile
methodologies to ensure successful delivery of IT programs
Coordinate efforts and manage dependencies across multiple Scrum
teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Implement governance models and promote knowledge sharing and
technical training across teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Computer
Science, Information Systems, or related field, or 8 years
equivalent work experience
Technical understanding of large and complex system implementation
programs
Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and
Change Management
8+ years of related job experience, preferably in the insurance
industry
Experience partnering closely with architects and technology
leads
