Senior Principal Electrical Engineer - Hybrid

Assist in translating system requirements into compliant complex printed board assembly designs.Technical trade studies, evaluation of technology insertion/upgrades, laboratory test and troubleshooting.Integrate Evaluate hardware module performance using simulation tools and prototype hardware in a Laboratory environment.Create design documentation and verification test procedures. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Experience with product development and support of electronics equipment
• Solid fundamentals of digital/analog/power/mixed signal electronics and interface/communication standards
• Understanding of electronics manufacturing and test methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience developing compact embedded systems for harsh environments
• Familiar with electrical engineering design, schematic capture and analysis tools
• Eligible to obtain a DOD Security ClearancePreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience with printed board assembly (PBA, PCB) design using Cadence tools
  • Familiarity with AS9145 compliant processes
  • Experience with FPGA designs
  • Experience with Electronic Warfare systems or high power RF software defined radio (SDR) hardware
  • Experience with radar systems
  • Local Power Supply Design
  • Knowledge of memory interfaces such as DDR, QSPI
  • Knowledge of data transfer protocols such as PCIe, Ethernet, JESD 204, I2C, JTAG
  • Control account management experience

  • Active DOD security clearancePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
