Job Description Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.Our employees work on the world's most advanced electronics. Come build your career with BAE Systems.Fabricates and/or modifies complex microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies by following specific instructions, such as for using an MRSI microwave component automated pick and place machine. Must be familiar with substrate attach (duroid/ceramic), MMICs, IC's, caps, diodes and resistors and eutectic die attach. Must be familiar with working with a wide variety of adhesives and epoxies. Must be able to work with a microscope for an entire shift. Can fabricate and/or modify complex microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies. Must be familiar with MIL-STD-883 and working with bonding complex microwave modules.Required Education, Experience, & Skills Typically, a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year work experience or equivalent experience.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills -Experience working under a microscope and using hand tools to place small components-Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time.-Ability to be self-motivated and driven.-Ability to work in a team environment.-Ability to follow written instructions.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $39820 - $63690Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
